1 star for the dental side. I called the first week of June to schedule a cleaning. I was scheduled for July 2nd. No problem there. I got a call A DAY before my appointment letting me know I’ll have to reschedule because the dental hygienist that I had an appointment with no longer worked there. I was then rescheduled for the second week of August. Then they call me again to reschedule for August 30th because the hygienist would be out of office the week of my appointment. It’s whatever, I guess, things happen. Fast forward to today, I get a call that they no longer have a dental hygienist and that I’ll be put on a call back list. Also, my husband waits 45 mins before being called back for a cleaning every time he goes.
